Second, the calories are right if they add up to a 3500 calorie deficit at the end of the week. You don't have to eat all the calories. You just want to make sure you hit a high enough burn that the difference between the calories you eat and the calories you burn is the same as the way they have the calories set up. So you want to have burned 500 more calories than you eat each day. That makes it easier. Also, check out the nutrition section of the program, it tells you a lot about what you eat.
