Weigh-In Wednesday

It's time for this weeks edition of Weigh-In Wednesday.


I have some awesome news for you guys today! My trainer was finally able to do my body fat percentage last Friday and I am down to 29.3%!!!! I know that when I started I was probably in the 37% area, so that is a great thing! I am officially in the healthy range and it feels amazing to type that! 

I also have a very special treat for you guys today! I FINALLY took real progress pictures. It only took me forever, but I finally did it and I can't believe that I am going to post these, but here they are. The pic on the left is from November of 2013 and the one on the right was taken this morning. 



WHOA!!! I see a huge difference and I seriously am shocked. I mean you see it in the way your clothes are fitting and in how you feel, but when you put them side by side like that, holy shit Batman! It's pretty freaking cool!

I also did measurements this morning. I know! Progress pics and measurements all in one day!


As you can see, there is a huge difference in my weight and my measurements!!! Not to mention that I am down 4 lbs from last weeks WIW post. 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things finally seem to be picking up again which is great. I definitely need to get over the little hurdle that I was having, and I seem to be back on track.

I think a huge part of this has to do with my trainer really pushing me the last few weeks. He has continued to kick my ass every session and the soreness definitely reminds me of that. This past Friday he even did my cardio with me. There is a park across the street from their new studio, so after we were done with my session, he went over with me and we ran intervals at the park. I thought it was very cool of him to do that. He didn't have to, but he did and I really appreciated the extra push because otherwise I probably would have gone home and not done cardio at all. Just being honest. 

Overall it has been a great couple of weeks. My eating has improved. My workouts have improved. My weight has dropped some more and my body fat percentage is still going down. I have to say that I am super proud of everything that I have accomplished, and I can't wait to see what else I can accomplish with some hard work!
