Saw It. Pinned It. Did It.

I told you guys the other day about how I want to make a lifestyle change and lose some weight. Well, I remember seeing this a while back on Pinterest and thinking that it would be great motivation. So I decided to do it.

And here is what I did...


 I took two mason jars and I filled one with a glass bead/rock for every lb. that I want to lose. I then made little signs for each jar. So every time I lose a lb. I move a rock over to that jar. It is great to be able to see what I have lost so far. And not only that, when I look at what I have left to lose, it doesn't look like that much and it makes me realize that I can do it.

  2. my bff was totally trying to convince me to make one of these, she did a while back and says it is super motivational. Proud of you, you are going to kick weight loss ass!
