Bringing Sexy Back! Link Up

This week was a rocky one for me. I had a rough time with keeping on track with my eating. Easter didn't help much. Mostly because I couldn't stay away from the Starburst Jelly Beans. I am human and I do make mistakes. It happens, but I just need to remember to leave it in the past and move forward. This saying says it best. 

I did somewhat okay with working out. I went to Zumba on Tuesday and took Louie for a walk on Wednesday. And I am planning on going to Zumba on Thursday as well. My workout goal for this next week is to be at the gym Monday through Thursday. The weekends are usually our run around time, but I am also going to try and fit a Zumba class in on Saturday.

I will say that one positive thing did happen. I have noticed that my clothes are starting to get loose on me. Even my workout clothes! This is exciting for me! Now if I could just lose some more inches to go down sizes, I would be even happier.

Now onto the stats. I stayed about the same as far as my weight goes. Like I said, it was a rough week. And I didn't take measurements. I figured I would only do that maybe once a month.

So, now that this week is in the past, I am moving forward. Here are some of the goals I am setting for myself for this week. Like I said above, I want to get to the gym more. I am also setting a goal for myself to log my food into My Fitness Pal everyday. Which brings me to something I should have said last week. My username on My Ftiness Pal is mdelliott12. Overall this week was not my best, but I am looking forward to doing a better job with my goals.

  1. Easter is SO hard, so much candy comes out that you can only get during that time of the year. Starburst jellybeans are such a weakness for me too. You so have this though! It's a whole new week! :)

  2. Awesome job! I know it was hard, but you still got some workouts in there. Also, you should totally take your measurements if you're doing the work. Sometimes when I wasn't losing weight I would get upset, but then I found I was losing inches and that helped keep me going!
