eShakti Dress Review

A while back I was contacted by eShakti to do a review of one of their products. By now, most of you have probably heard of their company. If not, you should head on over to their website and check them out. They have adorable stuff and also do some custom style changes and a wide variety of styles and sizes.

I was instructed to choose three different items from their website and to order them submitting my first pick first, my second pick second and my third pick third. They wanted to know which was my favorite and then so on and so on so that they could hopefully get me the one I really wanted, but also wanted back ups just in case they didn't have the fabric in stock anymore.

So I chose three different dresses that I wanted and ordered each one in order of my favorite to my third choice. I was also asked to order each item with a different custom style change. Like a different neck line or sleeves. The ordering process was actually very easy. Once I had ordered I just had to wait to receive my item.

About two weeks later, I arrived home to find a package on my porch. I was so excited. I ripped open the package and found that they had sent me my first pick. It was a cream colored dress with yellow polka dots.

When I ordered this dress, I asked for a square neckline and for the dress to be a little bit shorter so that it hit right above my knee. I am pretty short, so anything longer than that, that isn't a floor length dress, just makes me look stumpy. I was very impressed with how well the dress fit for ordering it online. Their size charts were spot on and the custom style changes that I asked for were perfect. And the overall quality of the dress was amazing too. It's a nice thick fabric and the skirt even had an additional liner underneath since the dress is such a light color. This is nice because you can't see through the dress.

I have been waiting to wear this dress for a while. The problem with getting a dress in March in Colorado is that it is way too cold to actually wear it. It was finally warm enough this past weekend though, so I wore it to Church for Easter Mass.

It was very comfortable. I didn't feel constricted at all, which I often do, especially in the bust area(I have big boobs). And one of the coolest parts of this dress is that it has pockets!!!! I may have squealed when I realized this.

Louie totally photo-bombed me
I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant about even ordering when I was first asked. I was worried that I would get my item and that it wouldn't fit. Especially a dress. I have a hard time shopping online for anything, but dresses are even harder because of length and the bust. But eShakti made it so easy. And  I can't wait to order from them again and not have any worries about something not fitting.

I am absolutely in love with my dress and I can't wait for more warm weather so that I can wear it again. Thanks again for asking me to review your product eShakti!
