Weighing In and An Adorable Kitty

Well, it has been a week since I started the BodyBugg program and I have been doing fairly well with it. It is definitely different than what I am used to, but so far it seems to be working. I hopped on the scale this morning and I was down 4lbs. Whoo hooo! I was very excited! I don't think that I will continue to lose bigger numbers like that, but if I do, I am okay with that. Tonight I get to meet with my personal trainer for the first time. I am kind of excited just to see how difficult it is. I know that sound weird, but I love a challenge.

Sorry if I offend anyone by saying this, but I hate when people complain at the gym. I know that I have done it myself at times, actually lots of times, but I am vowing to not do it after I saw these two girls doing it the other day. I am going to try and have a very positive attitude. Now, I may complain afterwards, but I am going to try my hardest to not complain about anything that the trainer throws at me. The other day when I was at the gym on one of the bikes, I watched these two girls with their own personal trainers complain the entire time that they were working out. And it made me kind of mad because at the time, Aran and I had decided that we couldn't afford the trainer and so here were these two girls that were able to afford the trainer and they were complaining about every little thing that they were doing. That is when I decided that if we ever got one, I would try my hardest to not complain. First of all, I think this pisses the trainers off, and second of all, I am trying to be grateful for everything that I have. Well, I hope that everything goes well tonight. I will let you guys know what they say. Hope everyones Monday is treating them well.

And now I leave you with this adorable picture...
